Club coach terms

What a club coach agrees to
You agree to the Terms of Service, version 3, these Club Coach Terms, version uk-club-coach-2, and the Privacy Notice, version uk-standard-2026-09-10. The numbered sections below are the complete additional coach terms shown at sign-in—not a summary.
1. Your role
- A club owner has added your individual account as a coach. You may run authorised sessions, watch starts available to that club and add coaching feedback. You may not add other coaches, act as the rider or guardian, bind the club, or treat a rider’s history as club property.
- These terms supplement the Perfect Start terms of service and privacy notice. The club owner remains responsible for the Club Schedule. More protective safeguarding or data rules continue to apply.
2. Riders and safeguarding
- Use the designated filming area and follow the capture notice, venue risk assessment and governing-body safeguarding rules. Check that the correct rider is assigned and that the rider is willing to be filmed. Stop if a rider objects or if required parent or guardian authority is absent or disputed.
- A membership record, QR card, event entry or general photography waiver is not by itself permission for Perfect Start recording. A coach is not automatically a parent or legal guardian.
- Report misassignment, accidental bystander capture, a lost or shared device, unauthorised access, disclosure or a safeguarding concern promptly through the contact route provided by Perfect Start or the club.
3. Recordings and data
- Use a replay, measurements and rider information only for the authorised session, coaching, support and safeguarding purposes shown to the rider. Do not use them for publication, advertising, selection, discipline, insurance, employment, unrelated profiling or model training.
- You must not download, screen-record, photograph, copy, export or share a replay. Do not save it to a personal device, photo library, informal archive or messaging group. Playback access is temporary and does not grant ownership.
- Do not share an account or allow another person to use your access. Keep the sign-in method and device secure, use only the club access given to you, and remove yourself or tell the owner promptly when you stop coaching the club.
- Only the rider or the adult managing their profile can request permanent erasure of an assigned video. Follow the retention and deletion information in the privacy notice; do not attempt to preserve or restore an expired, erased, unlinked or withdrawn recording.
4. Changes and access
- We may suspend access to protect a rider, investigate misuse or respond to a safeguarding, privacy or security concern. Your club access ends when the owner removes you or the club’s access ends.
- When these coach terms change, we give them a new version. If you are still a club coach, you must read and accept that version the next time you sign in before continuing as a coach.
